How can i install mac os on a dell optiplex 990?

With a virtual machine. Try https://www.virtualbox.org/...albox.org/ It's an Oracle product. There's also VMWare. I think Virtual Box is easier to use. I have a Linux OS running on a virtual machine. Just remember, the guest OS isn't going to run as fast as the host OS. In your case Windows would be the host and Mac would be the guest. And you have to decide how you're going to split the total amount of RAM between the the two OSs when you're running the guest OS. Obviously the host has to be up and running in order to run the guest. Overall it's an okay solution.
