QuickSyn frequency synthesizers employ a revolutionary phase-refining technology that enables fast-switching speed, low phase-noise performance, and compact size. QuickSyn synthesizers utilize a fundamental VCO to achieve the desired output frequency and to eliminate possible spectrum contamination from subharmonic products.
- Intel quicksync is specialized hardware that can decode h.264 and later versions can decode h.265. It let's you handle a pretty impressive number of cameras and doesn't increase your cpu load. I'm running 18x cameras, most of which are 4k, 15fps, with an intel 8700k with quicksync enabled, and I'm only using around 20-25% cpu.
- Intel Quick Sync is Intel's version of dedicated video encoding and decoding hardware core. Rather than using a general GPU, this core is located on the processor die and is dedicated just for video processing. Studio will automatically detect if you have the proper hardware or not.

Optec's QuickSync FTX40 motor features our new ThirdLynx control circuit. FTX40 fits the large Feathertouch 3.5-inch focusers with the same Best-In-Class clutch mechanism of the original QuickSync motors. However, all the control electronics are built into the focus motor.
No external controller is required.
